City of Goddesses follows the story of multiple Goddesses who have taken residence in a city. Almost always always at least 7 feet tall in their human form, the goddesses gain their power and size from the people who worship them. Each part follows a different goddess along the main plot. First part follows Lucy, a mildly mischievous and carefree Goddess who enjoys her time on earth to it's full potential.
